For the production of “Baby I’m Yours, Forever”,Heretic collaborated with Janis Rafa presented in Canicula at the Complesso dell’Ospedaletto in Venice, on the exhibition for the installation of the 61st Venice Biennale. Produced by Heretic, Fondazione In Between Art Film and Onassis Culture, the work is part of Canicula.
The production included the construction and placement of sculptural and spatial elements surrounding the installation, in dialogue with the historic space of the venue.
Set inside an industrial refrigeration facility, «Baby I’m Yours, Forever» explores intimacy, vulnerability and the relationship between human and non-human bodies through film, sound and installation.
