Ruben Östlund wins his 2nd Palme D’ Or with TRIANGLE OF SADNESS!
Social satire TRIANGLE OF SADNESS by Ruben Östlund wins the Palme D’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. Five years after the Palme D’Or winning film, THE SQUARE, Ruben Östlund is among the elite of director’s who have won the Top Prize at Cannes twice.
The film follows two models and a cleaning lady who become stranded on a desert island with a group of billionaires.
Starring Harris Dickinson, Charlbi Dean, Dolly De Leon and Woody Harrelson.
The film was shot at Evia (Hiliadou beach and Katakolo) in November 2020.
