Film star Mike Tyler looks to return to the spotlight following a very public breakdown on the Los Angeles freeway. After making a cringe-worthy speech at a celebrity gala, he is upstaged when the event is raided by eco-warrior Joan and her disciples. Joan, unwavering in her determination to fulfil her prophecy, takes the world’s richest man hostage along with Mike who sees this as a perfect opportunity to “side with the youth”. Mike must survive the role of a lifetime when he realises Joan’s plan to save humanity requires sacrificing them to a volcano.
